CHARTER POLICY

​

So here's what we ask from you:

• Maximum 6 Passengers.

• 50% Deposit required at least 7 days prior to trip.  Cash, check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), or other digital payment platform.  Full payment due upon boarding prior to trip.  Full payment refunded in the event of cancellation due to bad weather.

• In the event of cancellation, notification must be given to the captain at least 48 hours or more for full refund.  Notice given any less than 48 hours =No refund.

• Customers will be advised on weather conditions the day before charter.  Captain makes the final decision whether conditions are favorable or not to fish.  In the event of a cancellation by the captain, customers have the choice of refund or credit towards a future charter.

• Ample refrigeration/ice storage is provided.  Passengers are asked to bring the minimum along with them to keep the vessel safe & orderly & to avoid clutter.  Please, only 1 small cooler and 1 gear bag per passenger.  Bring a cooler for fish but keep it in your vehicle until vessel returns to port.

• Wear appropriate clothing suitable for the weather conditions.  Sneakers, boat shoes or other non-slip footwear only.  Hat, sunglasses & sunscreen recommended.  Remember to bring raingear for inclement weather.

• All state & federal fishing/boating regulations prevail.

• All fish caught belongs to passengers.  Boat keeps 50% of fish sales & 1/3 of any tournament winnings.

• Smoking permitted in cockpit area only.

• Sorry, no illegal drugs, hard liquor or intoxicated persons allowed.  Anyone becoming intoxicated and/or disorderly during a trip will result in immediate return to port and termination of charter with no refund. 

• Any passenger(s) with serious existing medical conditions are to advise the captain prior to boarding.
